First of all, appologies to anyone attempting to buy wine in the west London area on Saturday as, seemingly, the entire workforce of Odbins joined us in a scuzzy-but-beautiful basement venue in Notting Hill for our first gig in a good long while. There was a good turnout despite the early start time, including some familiar faces.

New songs sounded pretty cool, and most people seemed to enjoy our set, which I think was a nice order and had lots of rock-out opportunities despite the finger-killing new bits. Many people came up to us afterwards, some of them offering interesting proposals which we will try to go through with this time. So watch this space.

It was nice to finish early enough to hang around and talk to people afterwards, so we ditched the equipment at Matt's and headed for a nearby pub where afore-mentioned wine-sellers, (mostly french, who knew?), kept us entertained for hours. A great night of loud music, good people and drunken photos, (see right), rounded off by me and Arch getting slightly lost in Kensington and making our way home to relive it all in video form, (which came out very nice, thanks Jeff). If only they could all be like this.
