much revelry to be had in the week preceding this gig. now we are more widespread, the gig is more of an event... so matt and i whiled time away in hackney together before making it up to the rest of the boys in cambridge. happy excess and scene setting.

practice good before hand and everyone looking forward. set was just a few tweaks from the bouvier one - with f / f reinstated after a good (almost 2 years?).

getting nervous before set, mixed with stupid smoking - didn't take in too much of other sets, but bits of loophole that i caught were nice. started staid, but progressed to some confident noise which we all like to hear don't we?

our set was noisy and nasty and fun. first load sounding great, ending marred by equipment breaking once again... struggled through by turning my amp up and down for loud/quiet. ROCK action out on the dancefloor with me, tom AND david. welcome to the fray turbo-d. speaker stacks and tables climbed. good little venue for that.

and then the end, and probably no-one knows what to think, but that is 10 better than leaving them bored. more of this set i think.
